I had the first Moto Z Play and still own the attachments, now i finally bought a recent phone (…last one with the pins) to actually use the features.

Looked for years for something like that and finally found on Temu – Then my package got lost. But it appeared again after a Month!

This plugs into your Macbook PSU and a CAT5/6 drop and provides Gbit Ethernet AND Charging via one cable. Sadly by design it is limited to 480Mbit (USB 2, as the other data pairs in USB-C are used for the 100W PD i think).

Cost? Not even 5 EUR. Broadcom chipset with native Apple drivers.
