I have a dedicated backpack with party equipment and that will be the final form I assume; too lazy to add this all into a case and the 5.5mm plugs are fairly solid combined with USB–C PD 12V/9V triggers on modern Powerbanks.

Looked for years for something like that and finally found on Temu – Then my package got lost. But it appeared again after a Month!

This plugs into your Macbook PSU and a CAT5/6 drop and provides Gbit Ethernet AND Charging via one cable. Sadly by design it is limited to 480Mbit (USB 2, as the other data pairs in USB-C are used for the 100W PD i think).

Cost? Not even 5 EUR. Broadcom chipset with native Apple drivers.

Would link but yea, sold out and unlikely to appear again. Sad.
